Run an activity through the seven questions
Name what you're evaluating, then answer each question as you would in the moment. If an answer would normally mean "stop and rethink," you'll get a chance to revise — or note why you're moving ahead anyway. At the end you'll get a printable record of the reasoning.
Build the staff guide
A practical, one-page reference teachers can keep handy when planning a lesson. Edit any question or guidance line to match how your district actually talks about this.
Build the board / admin brief
A shorter, executive-level framing for a board update or cabinet memo — same underlying framework, different voice.
Build the family explainer
A simple, visual one-pager for newsletters or a website page. For each step, say in plain words what happens and who at the district is responsible for it.
